Always apologise if you make a mistake
Netiquette is a set of rules for behaving online
Having good manners online
Need to use your manners in chat, instant messages,social media sites and online games
Flaming is when you are mean to people online
Trolls try and start mean flame wars
ice people online,they forget the rules and need to be ignored.
When you are just a username sometimes people forget there is a person at the other end.
reat others how you want to be treated do not be rude to others as you would not want them to be rude to you.
Always be nice, postive, thoughtful and helpful
Keep messages to the point and esay to understand.
Dont use emojis and text messaging in formal communication like on your blog
